Soft Skills Mentor is Needed

Job Description

Crimson Education Thailand is looking for an enthusiastic part-time soft skills mentor for teenagers. Work with students from grades 7-10 in a 1-1 format, walking through concepts such as critical thinking, research, and time management.Lessons have already been created. We’re looking for a bright and communicative teacher who can guide students through these lessons. If you are open-minded, patient, and love to engage in discussion, you may be right for the job!


  • Teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling experience

  • English fluency or high proficiency (see below if you’re not a native speaker)

  • Age range between 20-33 (juniors and seniors at universities accepted) OR

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (in any field)


  • Good active listening skills

  • Ability to explain difficult concepts in easy terms

  • A time commitment of 6+ hours per month

  • Can travel to our office at the Alma Link Building in Chidlom

  • If you are a foreigner, preferably a flexible work permit or a tax ID number


1000 baht per hour before tax
